St Marcellin Coupelle 80g - NATURE
This small cheese from the Dauphine region was born many centuries ago from goat’s milk. Today, Saint Marcellin is produced from cow's milk. It has a light, subtle acidic taste and gives off a vegetable and nutty aroma. It has a sweet, thick paste that softens and become more flavourful when mature.
This delicate little cheese pairs well with red Burgundy wines such as Beaujolais or Cote Chalonnaise.
