Belle Iloise Rouille Sauce 80g
A creamy texture, slightly spicy, with a beautiful colour with notes of garlic and fish. This Rouille sauce accompanies perfectly your fish soups. It can also be used to accompany all white fish cooked in court bouillon. For an aperitif, it can be spread on its own or topped with vegetables cooked toast.
Recipe: Traditional Fish Soup with Rouille Sauce
Pour content of the tin in a pot and add 2/3 of tin of water. Heat without boiling and stir delicately. Serve hot and add grated emmental. Then, the best way to taste the Rouille is spread on toast or croutons rubbed with garlic before.
