Chabichou Soignon 150g
Made in Poitou, Chabichou is a sturdy tower of goat cheese. Poitou is the main goat-breeding region in France. When mature, this goat’s milk cheese is dense and smooth with a distinct layer under the rind. Although sweet and delicate, the taste is slightly acidic and salty at the finish. The paste is firm when young, and crumbles when aged.
Add a glass of terroir-appropriate Sancerre or Pouilly-Fume.
