Brie de Chevre
This traditional French goat's milk brie is from the Loire Valley. It has a subtle scent, creamy texture and a mild goaty flavour. It also has salty and savory notes with a hint of sweetness and lemony citrus. The white bloomy rind gives way to a pure ivory paste, which is creamiest right beneath the rind, followed by a firmer center.
