Produced by Monsieur Alain Hess in the village of Beaune in Burgundy. Alain took over the family torch in 1978, almost 20 years later in 1996, to satisfy his curiosity and that of his customers, he invented a creamy cheese with mustard seeds, the Délice de Pommard - a cow's milk triple creme cheese blended with brown mustard seeds. The success is dazzling!
Paired with any wine from Burgundy will be a delight.
