Beaujolais Villages 17/18
The Beaujolais Villages Domaine de la Chanaise undergoes semi-carbonic maceration in concrete tank. Despite a little reduction, it soon opens with crisp and simple red cherry and strawberry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, good acidity and a crisp, clean and pure finish bounding full of dark cherries. Glug this down over the next couple of years.
