A selection from their oldest vineyard plots, Cuvée des Cadettes where is a blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah which are fermented together in the traditional way. Foudre and barrel maturing in the sixteenth century cellars lasts from 14 to 16 months. Les Cadettes expresses the elegance, power, breeding and balance of this unique terroir.
