Delice de Bourgogne Coupe
Created in the 18th century by the famous gourmet, Anthelme Brillat-Savarin, Delice de Bourgogne is one of the most refined of our French cheeses.
It's a gorgeous bloomy-rind triple cream cheese with a white mould rind. The combination of full-fat cows milk with fresh cream gives an incredibly vibrant and full flavoured soft cheese, with a melt-in-the-mouth texture and a refined taste, that sets the Delice de Bourgogne apart from any other cheese.
This high fat cheese pairs very well with Champagne, Chablis or red wines from Burgundy .
