Vosne Romanee 18
Pinot Noir from old vines cultivated biodynamically and planted in 1952 in Vosne-Romanée, on a 0.51-hectare parcel of clay-limestone soils. It is a cuvée produced from purchased grapes for which the estate team handles all the vineyard tasks from pruning to harvesting. Green harvesting, leaf thinning and harvesting by hand, and yields kept under tight control. Vinification: 100% destemmed, 16 months of maturation in barrels, a quarter of which are new oak. Bottled on the 12th of February 2020 without fining or filtration.
