Cidre Normandie Brut 750ml
Hazy amber color with a thin white foam. Aromas of dry apples, hint of barnyard, hay and chanterelle mushrooms. Medium body cider with taste of sweet apples, hints of mustiness with vanilla and mushrooms. Good balance, soft carbonation.
Père Jules cider is produced from no less than 20 different varieties of apples. This gives it a very nice balance between the sweet, bitter and acidic varieties.
After a fermentation process and a light filtration, it is bottled in order to naturally develop its own fine bubbles.
