Marsannay Clos de Jeu 14
A rare rosé from Burgundy, with most Pinot Noir grapes being used to showcase the serious and mineral nature of the terroir. Cyril Audoin, the fifth generation winemaker, is a big believer in producing rosé in Marsannay, “… rosé is part of our history. It is important to continue making it. In the world today there is more and more rosé produced, but here in Marsannay there is less and less made. Many producers have stopped making Marsannay rosé…” This is a serious style of rosé, savoury with delicate fruit and spice.
