Description
From the heights of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, this is a pale rosé, its light colour achieved by using a champenois press, a technique pioneered by Réginé Sumeire. It is light and crisp, with a juicy nose showing raspberry, currents and nectarine peach, together with oriental spices such as coriander grains, aromatic pepper and a hint of liquorice. Pomegranate and yuzu come along as a background, adding complexity. Palate is dense and supple, silky and medium fresh, generous, spicy with intense flavours of ripe fruits such as red berries and aromatic zests.
