A delicious brandy produced in Alsace from the abundant supply of fruit. Using ripe fruit to ferment for 6 weeks, then distilling at a low strength to preserve its distinctive bouquet. Empty bottles are hung on the trees over the young fruit bud, so it allows the pear to grow inside the bottle. This is the perfect end to a meal.
