Winegrowers and distillers for more than 150 years, the Boutinet family is producing high quality Cognac. Their vineyards cover 27 hectares renowned for its ability to produce young eaux-de-vie of very high quality. From generation to generation, the vines have been established on the best soil of the estate, deep and soft.
The Ugni Blanc and Columbard grape varietals give their best when harvesting time comes and the vine is made in the estate winery with all the craft, attention and tradition by Bernard Boutinet and his son Pierre. Part of the more sweetened Columbard grape juice mixed with Cognac will produce Pineau des Charentes blanc. Pineau des Charentes rose results from the juices of Merlot and Cabernet being added to Cognac.
