Parot

Parot

Also known as Parot, Puits Saint Georges takes its name from the well of Saint Georges and is a highly mineralized sparkling water from Saint Romain Le Puy, a small town in the Rhone valley. The water is sourced from a spring first discovered in 1858, and later tapped in 1891.

In 1898 the French government pronounced Puits Saint Georges “Declaree d'Interet Public”, a decree given under French law dating back to 1856 indicating that the water is beneficial to health. Puit Saint Georges is particularly high in bicarbonates, which aid digestion.
