Granacha
La Granacha is part of Les Vignerons D’ Estézargues which is a co-operative cellar in the small town of Estézargues, located near Avignon. Created in 2000, its name is a nod to the Spanish origin of this varietal. The combination of the Spanish, Garnacha, and the French, Grenache, produced the name “Granacha,” as well as solved for the impossibility of placing a varietal name on the front label that has an appellation.
