The Estate is made up of 7 hectares of vines producing around 300 hectolitres of AOC CHINON wines, mainly red wine and a small quantity of rosé (5%). The single grape variety used is the Cabernet Franc. The average age of the vines for the wines in bottle is 30 to 40 years.
The work carried out in the vines is strictly monitored as the making of a good wine starts in the vineyard. The Estate has been using sustainable farming methods since 2010 in its soil and pest and disease management.
