Description
Tchanqué is an aperitif from the Bassin d'Arcachon made with Bordeaux wine. Tchanqué translates to 'stilts' in english, which refers to the two houses built on stilts overlooking the oyster beds. You can board a pinnace - a small boat typical of the Gascon coastline - which leads you to the Tchanqué houses in the bay.
