Description
Fromage Frais combines the subtle acidity of the traditional Fromage Blanc with the freshness of AOP fresh cream, giving both a firm and silky texture. With only 8% fat content, it will lighten your sauces and desserts. When heated, the Fromage Blanc does not split nor go lumpy, but gives instead a uniform and smooth texture. Can be melted in a saucepan, or spread cold on canapes, sandwiches or toasts. It can also replace fresh cream, cream cheese or mascarpone in a cold recipe.
