Hermitage St Martin

Hermitage St Martin

Chateau Hermitage Saint-Martin is located at La Londe, in the Cotes-de-Provence appellation. The estate is run by the young winemaker Guillaume Enzo Fayard who bought the Chateau Saint-Martin la Toche in 1999 and renamed it Hermitage Saint-Martin.

Although there are nearly 30 hectares in total, only 12 are currently planted with vines, mainly Mourvedre and Grenache with the addition of some Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Rolle (aka Vermentino). The vineyards are farmed organically and enjoy a superb south-east facing aspect overlooking the Cuers valley.
