Rolet
Domaine Rolet is established as one of the Jura flagship properties and its wines are the perfect ambassadors for the region, showcasing its terroir richness through the large range of Jura grape varieties.
For whites, they have Chardonnay (most planted grape variety in Jura) and Savagnin (prestigious Vin Jaune grape variety). For reds, they use two indigenous varieties Poulsard, Trousseau and of course, Pinot Noir.
