Gilles on tour – A fromager in France

A lucky Gilles Mereau from La Fromagerie travelled to France for the SIAL Food Exhibition in Paris. On his voyage he visited a few cheese makers - the people to thank for our outstanding cheese selection. We are reminded of the passion and time that goes into each product and what an honour it is to be able to provide you all with such crafted, exceptional cheese.
