Description
A special style of Bordeaux made with a Burgundy philosophy of parcellaire selection. Les Argileuses are produced from a green and blue clay terroir from parcel no 1 et 3 and the wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks without any use of oak. No sulpher added during fermentation and a minimal dose at bottling.
