Description
Directly from the ‘Los Anconès’ (Dominican Republic) plantation, whose fruits are certified organic, the beans ferment for six days before being roasted using a clean and perfectly mastered technique, thus retaining all their delicate aromas. The beans ground to chips, with notes of liquorice and nuances of red fruits, are then coated in dark chocolate to create a creation with an intense taste.
