Clos de l'Ecotard has a straw yellow colour and offers intense and clear, though still yeasty fruit aromas of ripe yellow fruits with a nice citric-chalky background. This is a full-bodied, pure, piquant and complex Chenin with a long-lasting mineral expression and citric freshness. Still young, but already animated and full of potential.
