Quite simply, a gorgeous Champagne and a lovely introduction to the house style. A medium to fine bead with aromatics of vanillin, nectarine and peach fruit. Complex in the mouth and certainly vinous, there’s some creaminess, balanced with rocky/flinty underpinnings giving length and complexity. Mouthfilling, and further impressions of Pinot varietal flavours. Dosage: 5g/l.
