As close as you can get to Cote Rotie without paying the prices. The Serine comes from a small plot just to the north of Saint Joseph and exclusively uses an ancient clone of Syrah called Serine, just like all the Clusel-Roch wines. Its straightforward winemaking makes it easy going early on, but still has some ageability in it.
