Description
Like higher level white Burgundy, the Haute Côtes balances acid, fruit, a touch of smoke, and persistent finish. Generous apricot, lemon peel and green apple notes are combined with a wonderful rich creaminess in this wine with just a hint of vanilla. Minimal intervention in winemaking with natural yeasts means that the wine really speaks of its terroir.
