Mathieu Paquet
Son and grandson of winegrowers, Mathieu Paquet had always been fascinated by the world of wine. From an early age, he already knew that he would be working in the wine field. During his 5 years of studies, Mathieu joined the family estate, Domaine des Valanges, as an apprentice. A one-year experience, which has allowed him to put his learning into practice and develop strong skills. Young adventurer, Mathieu travelled the world to gain an extensive knowledge and to broaden his winemaking techniques, moving from one estate to another. After travelling extensively, in 2011, Mathieu decided to settle in France where he joined the family estate, Domaine des Valanges, being in charge of marketing the wines of the estate.
