Chignard
Managed by Michel Chignard and his son Cedric, Domaine Chignard is located right at the top of the hill bordering Moulin-Vent, in the heart of the Fleurie appellation. Fleurie is one of the ten Crus of the Beaujolais, and the Chignard family owns one of the best site in this appellation: the Moriers lieu-dit - 8ha of vines over 50-years-old.
This quality of vines, coupled with Michel and Cedric know-how make amazing wines, unusually concentrated, intensely aromatic with great depth. Michel Chignard’s wines – made with a steadfast dedication to the region’s traditions – are a great example of this exciting world.
